Overview
Smallest and safest portable 9.6-kW charging station (in-cable control and protection device, IC-CPD)! Compatible with all electric cars fitted with a J1772 charging socket.
Single-phase charging with power levels from 1.4 to 9.6 kW at currents of up to 40 ampere. Fully charged in 3-4 hours under ideal conditions.
IP67 waterproof rating, driveover-resistant, operable temperature range from -30°C to +50°C, fully compliant with the latest safety standards.
Features
Red LEDs indicate faults. In this case, the fault code “CCID20” is displayed.
The green LED shows the automatically detected charging intensity, in this case 40 ampere. You can reduce the power rating (amps) using the Select button.
The orange On light shows that current is flowing and the electric car is being charged.
The yellow LED shows the charging mode. Here, the standard mode is displayed. You can change mode by pressing and holding down the Select button.
J+ CONNECTOR
The automatic adapter recognition function regulates the charging-power current intensity. Eliminates the need for tiresome calculations or manual adjustment of charging-power current intensity.
However, you can use the Select button on the J+ BOOSTER 2 to reduce the charging intensity manually if you wish to.
